Founded in 2006, Real Grant Solutions began in the environmental field under the company name, “Shoreline Environmental Assessments.” SEA supported large firms’ projects with coastal environmental assessments, surveys, technical writing services, development of plans to mitigate natural hazard damages, and plans to mitigate a construction project’s impacts to protected natural resources.
Grant application services were added in 2009 and by 2012, a 100% success rate from securing $8.6 million dollars for public school campus building construction projects was established. The client base remained public school districts, nonprofits, and local governments beyond the coastal zone.
No longer exclusively coastal, the company was renamed to Planning and Environment (P&E). In two years, P&E worked with five more public school districts towards securing $11.8 million to grant fund campus building construction.
2015 was a year of planning and creating systems to better serve clients’ needs with even more results. We became Real Grant Solutions; a professional grant research, application, and management service company.
No firm in the State of Texas has more experience directly related to the successful pursuit of grant funding for the construction of energy efficient, indestructible, multipurpose community centers and school buildings. We work with clients to create a solid plan of action that will bring your project to life for the community you serve.
Real Grant Solutions consists of a team of professionals offering distinct strengths to each part of the business of winning and keeping grant funding. We only take on a few projects at one time to ensure the appropriate attention is available to each project. Our clients’ success is our success.
We do not participate in social media or marketing. Almost all of our clients are referrals. However, if we do reach out to you, then your organization is a strong candidate for a current funding opportunity.
